Located at 1409 Luisa Street in Santa Fe and 1337 – G Gusdorf Road (in La Luz Therapy Suite) in Taos, Santa Fe Hand Therapy and Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation is the private practice of Daphne Currier MS, OTR/L.

Santa Fe Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thurday and Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.  Taos office hours are on Wednesday.  Patient appointments are scheduled from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.  We participate in most insurance plans and provide payment plans for self pays.

Referrals from MD’s. PA’s or CNP’s are required prior to receiving treatment. Patients are asked to bring in their original referrals at the time of their initial visit and all subsequent referrals are the patient’s responsibility during the course of treatment.

Please be prepared to fill out paperwork upon initial visit.
